If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or higher you may see a list view
instead of object view, in which case you will need to click on "Page" (see image below) in the tool bar at the top right of the screen, and then choose "View site in Windows Explorer" you will then be prompted to log in one more time.

Then you will be able to directly access the document by right-mouse clicking" on the file and choosing CUT, then (without closing the access portal) navigate to your computer and paste the file into the folder of your choice. At which point you may open the file, edit and save the file. Once you have made your changes, copy the file once more, and paste it back into the portal.

This portal may also be used to exchange other files as well

TIP: To avoid overlaping file updates, it would be best to CUT the file out of the portal, then paste it back in when you are done working with it.

If you have an operating system that is W98 or lower, we may need to make alternate arrangements as older systems and browsers do not support ftp access.
